Bond was set at $10,000 for a rural Napoleon man charged with Unlawful Possession of a Dangerous Ordinance.  29 year old Andrew Ryan of Napoleon is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Monday on the fifth degree felony charge in Municipal Court.


32 year old Christy Torres of Deshler was charged with Breaking and Entering, and Possession of Criminal Tools at her arraignment.  Torres will return for a preliminary hearing next Thursday.


And 34 year old Jerry Coleman Jr. of Deshler waived his preliminary hearing on felony charges of Breaking and Entering, along with Possession of Criminal tools.


Felony charges of Domestic Violence, and Disrupting Public Services were dismissed in Municipal Court against 43 year old Wayne Helms, Jr. of Napoleon. 




And in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, 38 year old Christopher Merrill of Delta pled guilty to Trafficking in Heroin, and to Vandalism.  Merrill was sentenced to 2 years of community control, and to make restitution of over $15,000.  His sentence also included completion of an alcohol and drug treatment program, and he was given credit for 79 days already served at CCNO.
