Two subjects from Bryan are being held on cash bonds of $100,000 after they were arrested in HenryCounty by a highway patrol trooper.  During a traffic stop, 29 year old Samantha Huff, and 28 year old Joshua Dennison were both charged with Illegal Manufacture of Drugs.  It’s alleged that troopers found equipment for a methamphetamine lab in their trunk, after a drug dog alerted to the vehicle.  Dennison and Huff were arraigned in Napoleon Municipal Court on Monday, and are scheduled for preliminary hearings on Thursday.


A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 35 year old William Bowie, Jr of Toledo; after he failed to show at his court hearing in Napoleon, facing a charge of Breaking and Entering. 


And 42 year old Michael Sheehy of Hamler was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury, after he waived his preliminary hearing on a charge of Domestic Violence. 




In Fulton County Court, 30 year old Hal Dailey of Wauseon pled guilty to Improper Handling of a Firearm in a vehicle.  Dailey was stopped by law officers; and was found with a loaded weapon in the auto.  Dailey was placed on community control for two years; and was given credit for two days spent in jail.   He was also fined $250.
