The Defiance County Grand Jury met this past week and close to two dozen persons were indicted, after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray.
Some of those indictments include 28 year old Timothy Arps of KiserRoad-DefianceCounty, who was indicted for one count of Rape, and 21 counts of Gross Sexual Imposition. This case alleges sexual conduct with a female juvenile who was under the age of 13, along with other alleged instances of sexual contact.
31 year old Francisco Hernandez of Defiance was indicted for Rape, in a case that alleges sexual conduct by force or threat of force on a female victim.
28 year old Dana Ladd of Wauseon was indicted for Burglary, Trespassing, and Vandalism.
Also indicted by the DefianceCounty grand jury was 43 year old Robert Berry, Jr. of Napoleon for Failing to Appear at a sentencing hearing.
And two men were indicted on felony charges of Robbery and Petty Theft; they are 33 year old Johnny Begley and 29 year old Jonathon Balser- both of Defiance.
