A resident of Defiance is one of 12 remarkable older Ohioans that will be recognized at the Ohio Senior Citizens Hall of Fame.  Donelda McWilliams of Defiance will be inducted next week in Columbus, after her post-retirement work with the Area Agency on Aging.  She advises local and state leaders on aging policy, and services that will help the elderly.  Donelda was also instrumental in helping raise funds for a new facility for Defiance County Senior Services.    Twice she has been a delegate to the White House conference on aging.   More than 400 individuals have been inducted into the Ohio Senior Citizens Hall of Fame since 1978.
