A couple of local residents that were arrested in a home break-in earlier this month have now been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury.  31 year old Leo Jeffers, Jr. of Grand Rapids waived his preliminary hearing on a felony charge of Breaking and Entering.   And 74 year old Raymond Barnes of LibertyCenter waived his hearing on a felony charge of Receiving Stolen Property.   Both Barnes and Jeffers were released on their own recognizance; but ordered to have no contact with the victim.  They must each report to the HenryCounty probation department twice per week.

And 35 year old Dennis Irvin of Napoleon was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony charge involving Telecommunications.  Irvin was also released on a personal recognizance bond.
