Sentences were handed down in several cases before the Henry County Common Pleas Court this past week. 28 year old Ricky Rye, Jr. of Napoleon was found guilty of Breaking and Entering, along with another charge of Failure to Comply with an Officer. Rye was placed on community control for three years; but was ordered to serve 90 days of local time at the regional jail.
30 year old Joshua Damron of Napoleon pled guilty to Possession of Drugs; and was placed on community control for three years. Damron will spend 60 days at CCNO.
25 year old Jessica Rivera of Napoleon pled guilty to Theft; and was placed on community control for two years.
And 36 year old Dennis Bailey of McClure was found guilty of Voyeurism, involving a crime against a minor. Bailey was placed on community control for 3 years.
