It looks like another record-breaking month for sales tax revenues in Henry County. County Auditor Kevin Garringer reports sales tax receipts for September have topped $398,700, for a gain of 1.2% over last year’s figure. So farm in 2017 sales tax revenues have surged to nearly 3.3 million dollars, with three months of collections to go. Sales tax revenues returned to counties generally reflect local sales from 2 to 3 months ago.
