NAPOLEON MAN BOUND OVER FOR INTIMIDATION

A Napoleon man has been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on 4 felony counts, after he waived preliminary hearings in Municipal Court.  34 year old David Hernandez-Enriquez of Napoleon was bound over for two counts of Felonious Assault, and two counts of Intimidation of a Witness.  Hernandez-Enriquez was released on his own recognizance, but a protection order was imposed by the court.

And by motion of the state, a charge of Felonious Assault against 20 year old David Kinney of Napoleon has been dismissed in Napoleon Municipal Court.
