The Henry County Commissioners reviewed some budget numbers for the board of developmental disabilities this week. The agency started with a carryover balance of 2.2 million dollars this year. The budget for 2017 includes revenues of about 5.4 million dollars, and expenditures of nearly 4.9 million.
Commissioners also reviewed numbers from the Henry County landfill where 211 tons of material was received in September, up 14% from last year. And just over 56 tons of tires were processed for shredding in September.
