A Delta woman is headed to prison after her conviction in Fulton County Common Pleas Court. 34 year old Sara Weber of Delta pled guilty to Tampering with Evidence, and was sentenced to 9 months in prison.
The Fulton County Grand Jury also indicted 18 persons with cases presented by prosecuting attorney Scott Haselman. 28 year old Ian Ruffer , and 21 year old Haven Trucks, both of Wauseon, were each indicted on two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, along with Trafficking in Heroin and Marijuana.
57 year old Thomas Hambleton of Liberty Center was indicted for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated, and for Improperly Handling a Firearm in a Vehicle.
And two subjects were indicted for Tampering with Records and Grand Theft for allegedly stealing government services. They are 37 year old Amber Bachelder of Delta, and 33 year old Maria Del Carmen Lopez of Wauseon.
