The Defiance County Grand Jury has indicted a local man for Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the manufacture of an Explosive Device. 30 year old Timothy Thompson, III of Defiance was indicted after a traffic stop from mid December, when he was allegedly found with a homemade explosive device in his vehicle.
The grand jury also indicted the following subjects for Receiving Stolen Property and Forgery: 26 year old Anatatius Singleton, 20 year old Kameron Singleton, and 25 year old Anton Jackson, all of Defiance. Cases were presented to the grand jury by Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray.
