FOUR COUNTY CAREER CENTER CELEBRATES 50TH ANNIV.

The Four County Career Center celebrated its 50th anniversary this week, with an Open House and Wall of Fame induction ceremony.   Former superintendents, Dr. David Nichols and William Spiess returned for the event, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by current student Emily Pippin of Liberty Center.                                   A number of state legislators were on-hand for the anniversary, and Congressman Bob Latta presented a U.S. flag that flew over the Capital.                     The Distinguished Service Award was handed to William Spiess, who served 38 years in education.        A picture and plaque of the Wall of Fame inductees, and Distinguished Service award recipient will be placed in the main entrance to the Four County school.
