DEFIANCE COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS FT. WAYNE MEN IN HICKSVILLE ROBBERY

Two men from Ft. Wayne have been indicted by the Defiance County Grand Jury in connection with a robbery in the village of Hicksville. Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray reports 33 year old Curtis Billingsley, and 34 year old Casey Billingsley, both from Ft. Wayne, were each indicted for Aggravated Robbery with a firearm specification.  It’s alleged both suspects brandished a handgun during a robbery at the Shell gas station in Hicksville on July 30th of this year.

Also indicted by the Defiance County Grand Jury was 59 year old Karol C. Amador of Defiance, on 5 counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter involving a minor or impaired person. Amador was also indicted for two counts of Illegal Use of Minor or Impaired Person in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance.
