Two Napoleon men are in custody, following a report of a kidnapping and burglary that occurred on Dodd Street in the city of Napoleon on Sunday morning around 6:45am. Napoleon Police were called to the 1000 block of Dodd Street, where they arrested 55 year old Miguel Garcia Jr, and 33 year old Eric Rodriguez, both of Napoleon. An adult male victim was injured in the incident, and was transported to the Henry County Hospital.
Miguel Garcia Jr. and Eric Rodriguez were each charged with Kidnapping, Felonious Assault, and Burglary. Bond for both was set at $45,000 in Napoleon Municipal Court.
