The recent meeting of the Henry County Grand Jury included the indictment of 15 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Gwen Howe Gebers. Some of the indictments included 47 year old Craig Heuerman of New Bavaria on charges of Attempted Murder, Felonious Assault, and Intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case. Two men were indicted for Kidnapping, Felonious Assault, and Burglary- 33 year old Eric Lee Rodriguez, and 55 year old Miguel L. Garcia-both of Napoleon. 31 year old Holly Barrett of Toledo was indicted for Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle.
32 year old Victor Magallanes of Leipsic was indicted for Aggravated Vehicular Assault, along with Vehicular Assault.
And 18 year old Braden D. Hall of Hamler was indicted for Trespassing in a Habitation when a person was likely to be present.
