Jana Kramer tracked down an epic throwback photo with Matthew McConaughey as she hosted the legendary actor on the latest episode of her podcast. Kramer shared the years-old snapshot on her Instagram story on Monday (October 2) in honor of the new Whine Down with Jana Kramer episode.
The country artist, actress and podcast host dished that she “can’t even believe” she got to reveal McConaughey as her latest interview subject, she shared in a video on her Instagram story. “He’s just so brilliant with his words and his mind, and the interview is hands-down one of my favorite interviews.”
Throughout the conversation, Kramer and her co-hosts talk with McConaughey about the actor’s new book (Just Because), forgiveness, family, parenting and more. Whine Down with Jana Kramer notes that McConaughey “bares all about his strained relationship with his mother and offers advice to anyone struggling with their own parents.”
Kramer, who is set to release her own book this month, frequently interviews guests on her podcast, including recent conversations with Danielle Bradbery, Derek Hough, Jennifer Nettles and others.
