HENRY COUNTY HAS HIT IT BIG IN CASINO REVENUE OVER PAST DECADE

The second dispersement of the year in casino revenue for Henry County has been recorded by county auditor Kevin Garringer, at nearly $82,700.That’s an increase of about 5% over April of last year, and represents an increase in funds of about $4,300.There are four dispersements each year to local counties from casino revenue generated around the Buckeye State. Since the state began collecting revenue from casinos in Ohio about ten years ago, Henry County has received over 2.7 million dollars for their general fund.
