After completing a comprehensive recruitment, the City of Napoleon is pleased to announce the appointment of Lori Siclair as its new City Manager effective April 28, 2025.
With 8 years’ experience in local government and proven leadership, Siclair is ready to take on her new role, guiding our city on a path of continued growth and success.
Siclair will succeed Andy Small, who is retiring after devoting many years of service to the community.
She currently is a Henry County Commissioner, where she has been since May of 2023. Mrs. Siclair previously served the City of Napoleon as a Council Member from June 2017 until May 2023.
Siclair’s extensive background and strategic leadership abilities make her an exemplary choice to navigate the complexities and opportunities facing the City of Napoleon.
