HENRY COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS 15, INCLUDING SEKEL FOR RAPE

The recent Henry County Grand Jury indicted 15 persons after cases were presented by Prosecuting Attorney Gwen Howe Gebers.

The indictments include: 43 year old Edward Sekel of Delta, charged with a Felony 1 count of Rape, also Sexual Battery, and Gross Sexual Imposition.  The alleged crimes occurred along the Maumee River in Henry County a couple of years ago, and involved a juvenile victim.

29 year old Jesse Ray Wallace of Napoleon was indicted on 11 counts of Pandering Obscenity involving a Minor or Impaired Person. Wallace was also indicted by the Henry County Grand Jury for Compelling Prostitution, and Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter involving a Juvenile.

And 44 year old Nichole E. Leatherman of Paulding was indicted for Grand Theft and Tampering with Records.  It’s alleged Leatherman stole in excess of $7,500 from a business on Scott Street in Napoleon.
